Civil Design provides planning, design, permitting, and construction administration services for public works and community revitalization projects including: Roadway & Street Improvements, Drainage Retrofit & Rehabilitation, Water & Sewer Improvements, Streetscape Design, Stormwater Modeling & Analysis.
DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT
We offer a full range of development services for new development as well as improvements to existing sites including: Site Development Plans, Pervious Pavement Paving, Impervious Paving, Grading, & Drainage Improvements, Water & Sanitary Sewer Improvements, Regulatory Permitting Assistance, Bidding & Construction Administration.
DUE DILIGENCE AND SITE ESTIMATES
We understand the complexities of the development, timeframe, and permitting regulation process in Palm Beach County and we can develop Due Diligence Studies to aid in the site design consideration process. We also offer site development estimating services.
SUSTAINABILITY & RESILIENCY
We have qualified personnel on staff proficient in sustainability certifications and compliance. We not only have the credentials, we have the LEED experience being the engineer of record with projects receiving GOLD, SILVER and PLATINUM designations from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). We can also assist in facilitating sustainability certifications with the Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) which is modeled on the LEED program.
