We specialize in Site Development Plans, Paving, Grading, & Drainage, Water & Sanitary Sewer Improvements, Regulatory Permitting Assistance, Bidding and Construction Administration, and Due Diligence Studies.
Infrastructure Projects include: Roadway, Street Drainage Retrofit & Rehabilitation, Stormwater Modeling & Analysis, and main line utilities (water, sewer, pump stations).

Civil Design, Inc. (CDI) was founded in 2003 and has quickly become a respected consulting firm. We are a prequalified and certified Minority Woman Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) and a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) with the State of Florida, Palm Beach County, City of West Palm Beach, School District of Palm Beach County, and FDOT. Our civil engineering department is geared to provide personal, timely and efficient design, permitting and construction phase services to a fast-paced market and demanding clientele. We are focused on delivering excellence by meeting deliverable dates with quality work at fair and reasonable fees.
We have qualified personnel on staff including Professional Engineers (PE) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professionals (LEED AP) available to provide cost effective and timely engineering solutions to our clients. We not only have the credentials, we have the LEED experience being the engineer of record with projects receiving GOLD, SILVER and PLATINUM designations from the USGBC in the past few years.
