Denise A. Bas-Arzuaga, AIA
CEO
Denise is CEO and Co-Founder of Civil Design Inc., and runs our in-house Architectural Services Department. She provides Sustainable Project Consulting, and Architectural Support Services to our numerous commercial, residential and public sector projects throughout Florida & the Caribbean.
Denise has over 28 years of architectural services experience in all facets of architectural design including Site Master Planning, Programing, Design and Construction Administration Services. She is also an accomplished sustainability project coordinator and has lectured and taught other architects the principles of sustainable design.
T. Jeff Trompeter, P.E.
President
Jeff is President and Founder of Civil Design, Inc. He has over 34 years of world-wide engineering experience and has practiced civil engineering in South Florida for over 28 years.
Following graduation from the University of Florida, Jeff served in the U.S. Naval Civil Engineer Corps, United States Naval Construction Battalion for over 6 years, receiving numerous commendations including designation as a Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist. Jeff founded Civil Design in 2003 to provide responsive and innovative civil engineering services for development, redevelopment, and infrastructure rehabilitation projects.
Gabe Burden, P.E.
Vice President of Engineering
With over 17 years of local experience, Gabe is a skilled professional proficient in handling the entire civil engineering project cycle, including planning, designing, permitting, evaluating and overseeing construction activities. He has a proven track record of performance and has managed the design of over one hundred projects. He has consistently demonstrated that customer service and quality design are what set us apart from the rest.
As the Vice President of Engineering, Gabe is responsible for the day to day management of our civil engineering project teams while overseeing a variety of municipal and land development projects. Gabe also serves as a certified stormwater management inspector.
RJ Rodriguez, P.E.
Project Manager
With over a decade of local experience, RJ holds a bachelors degree in civil engineering and is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer. He is a Project Manager responsible for the engineering design, permitting and construction administration of private development, public utilities and County roadway improvement projects.
He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and is a member of Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society - Florida Epsilon Chapter.
